THDC Recruitment 2025 - Eligibility Criteria
(1) Assistant Manager (Civil) -
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Experience: 4 years in Executive/Officer cadre (minimum 3 years in lower grade Rs. 50,000-1,80,000 or equivalent).
- Age Limit: 35 years
(2) Assistant Manager (Electrical) -
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems / Instrumentation with 60% marks.
- Experience: 4 years as above in Electrical Power Projects or related sectors.
- Age Limit: 35 years
(3) Assistant Manager (Mechanical)
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field with 60% marks.
- Experience: 4 years in construction, commissioning, O&M, or power sector projects (Hydro/Thermal/Solar/Wind).
- Age Limit: 35 years
(4) Senior Medical Officer
- Qualification: MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India + registration in MCI.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years (internship not included) in Govt./PSU or private hospitals.
- Age Limit: 37 years
THDCIL Recruitment - Pay Scale
The selected candidates for the post of Assistant Manager and Senior Medical Officer will be placed in the E-3 Grade Pay Scale of Rs. 60,000–3%–Rs.1,80,000 (IDA) with an initial basic pay of Rs. 60,000 per month. They will also get Dearness Allowance, 35% benefit under Cafeteria System, Performance Related Pay, HRA or Company Accommodation and other benefits like Medical Facility, Loan, Insurance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension and Post-Retirement Medical Facility as per THDCIL Rules.
